Required:

  • $25 application fee + $75 refundable application deposit (will rollover to security deposit if approved) 

  • $550 (or 1 month's rent) security deposit

  • Rent includes water/partial gas/sewage/trash. Tenant is responsible for their own electric bill and a percentage of gas.

  • $100 for a part-time parking spot or $220 a month for a full time parking spot

  • $150 pet fee with a one-time $250 pet deposit

  • Internet package paid by tenant through Comcast
