Because new units will become available in the future, we want to make sure we are able to reach out to you. To that end, all applicants are responsible for keeping contact information up to date so that we can reach you.
Elligibility is based on your household size (number of people) and income. Income includes all household members over the age of 18. The maximum income to be elligible is based on the Area Median Income (AMI). Units will specify what proportion of the AMI is accepted (60%). Check available units for each property (Beekman and City Club pages) for income requirements.
If you are selected and income qualified for a unit, you will be matched with a unit at a property. However, you will still need to apply through property management and meet the application requirements, including a $65 application fee at Beekman on Broadway) or $25 + $75 refundable application deposit at City Club Apts.
After you complete the application, you will be sent an email to your primary account with your position on the waitlist. Please save this email for your records.
