The Standard Important Information*:

  • Fee schedule:

    • 12 monthly installments​

    • Utilities (electricity, water, sewer) are charged with monthly installments

  • Screening criteria is one of the following:

    • If using a guarantor - must be over 25 years old, makes 3x the monthly rental installment, must be a U.S. citizen​

    • If you do not have a SSN, must provide I-20 or visa documents and pay one month deposit

    • If self-qualifying, income must be 3x the monthly installment amount and pay one month's rent

  • While this property DOES accept housing vouchers, it does not come with a housing voucher

Other Fees for The Standard

  • There is no application fee

  • Trash and disposal fees are included in rent, but tenant is responsible for all other utilities

  • $200 a month parking pass for 24/7 access or $30 a month parking pass for nights/weekend access

  • There is a pet fee that varies based on the pet
